Pre-requisites:

Existing experience working at height or in confined spaces
Basic Language, Literacy and Numeracy Skills (LLN)

Minimum age: 16 years

What to bring:

2 Forms if Identification, minimum one with photo
Workwear including enclosed shoes, pants,
minimum short sleeve shirt – PPE provided
Unique Student Identifier (USI) – usi.gov.au

Course Duration:
7 hours approx

Delivery method:
This course is delivered as face-to-face training at the Gladstone Training
Services’ training centre in both classroom and simulated workplace
environments.

Who is this Course for?
This unit it appropriate for those working in operational roles where they are
required to perform work at heights and in confined spaces.

Course outline
This unit provides the skills and knowledge required to work safety at heights and in Confined Spaces in
the Resources and Infrastructure Industries.

Course Outcomes
Successful completion of training and assessment will result in a Statement of
Attainment from Gladstone Training Services (RTO #45656).
